Since 2017 · Seremban, Malaysia

Malaysia's first long-term care home for adults with autism

We provide specialist boarding, vocational training and lifelong care, built on dignity and delivered by a team that has walked this road together with families for 9 years.

Individualised Care

Daily support shaped around each resident’s needs, routines, behaviour and level of independence.

Skills for Independence

Practical training in everyday living, communication and vocational skills to build greater confidence.

Lifelong Support

A safe, consistent home for autistic adults, including individuals with complex and high-support needs.

Our Journey

Built for the question every parent eventually asks: "what happens to my child after I’m gone?"

Thoughtful Minds Academy is Malaysia’s first dedicated long-term care community for autistic adults, including those with high-support and aggressive-needs profiles other homes decline.

Since 2017 we’ve grown alongside the families we serve. Our home in Seremban houses vocational training kitchens, IT certification rooms, sensory-aware common spaces, and a courtyard used daily for grounding routines. Care is paced to each resident, never institutional, always individual.
